WE DID IT AGAIN FOR 2017

Each year we come together to support the awareness of the dangers of blood clots. This year we partnered with the National Stroke Association(R).

 

The NSA supports patients and families of strokes. Most strokes are Ischemic, this occurs when a blood vessel carrying blood to the brain is blocked by a blood clot. 

​

There were (2) goals this year 

1. Raise $500 for the National Stroke Association 

2. Finish the 2017 Bank of America, Chicago Marathon

DONE AND DONE! 

 

I finished the Chicago Marathon and we raised $880 in honor of my dad, Lee Martin & my mom, Clara Martin who supports him as stroke survivor.
