I realize that by participating in a MAW Charity gaming tournament is a potentially hazardous activity. I agree not to enter and participate unless I am medically able. I am voluntarily participating in a MAW Charity gaming tournament  and assume all risks with my participation including by not limited to falls, contact with other participants, spectators or others. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of my registration agreement I and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive the release of MAW Charity Events, it’s volunteers, donors, sponsors, and heir representative and successors, from present or future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in the event of related activities. I understand my information may be used for marketing, publicizing, or otherwise promoting MAW Charity Events mission and my information may be disseminated in any medium, included but not limited to written materials, webinars, websites, and social media, without geographic or time restriction. I realize by participating in a MAW charity event your story or video is posted on the website or shared through social media, it may enter the public domain and or partners sites like We Are Cosplay  & Twitch TV.I  authorize the release of any information that I submit to MAW Charity Events & partners and authorize the staff of MAW Charity Events to discuss this information with staff and others as necessary and has the right to alter, edit, remove, or refuse to publish any submission, in whole or in part, for any reason. I waive and release all claims for injuries, damages or loss which I may sustain as a result of my participation  . I agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify MAW Charity Events, We Are Cosplay , Ignite Gaming Lounge & vendors, in-kind donation partners & sponsors.  its commissioners, officials, officers, employees, other volunteers or agents as to any claim that I may seek to assert arising from my participation.I waive and release MAW Charity Events from any and all claims that I may have against MAW Charity Events, or its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates arising out of its use or dissemination this information.I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation for MAW Charity Events use and dissemination of this information.I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by this waiver, release, and authorization form. I understand and agree that by entering a MAW Charity Event me/or my parent’s /legal guardians approval or executed in conjunction with the electronic entry on Event Brite shall be legally binding and such transaction shall be considered authorized by me and/or my parent or guardian.  Any damage to Ignite Gaming lounge computers, property, facility is at the sole responsibility of the participant. FIGHTING, ABUSE, OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE to MAW CHarity Events/Ignite Gaming Lounge Staff or Sponsors,  Donors, Volunteers, Vendors or other participants /guests is prohibited. ***Only natural henna is used in the artist work. Ingredients in henna paste are: henna powder, tea extract, sugar, lemon juice and pure essential oils. As with all cosmetics and body care products, test on an inconspicuous area of skin for any allergic reaction. Allergies can develop anytime, based on your health condition, so re-test before every application. STL Henna LLC strives to maintain all safety standards within its limit. However, MAW Charity Events, Ignite Gaming, and any vendors, supplieers, sponsors, volunteers are NOT responsible for any allergic reactions caused to its clients for use of its products and other 3rd party products.
