2015 Stop the Clot Chicago 5K

In loving memory of Manu "Shaq" Williams

On Sunday, Mother's Day May 10, 2015 we hosted the Stop the Clot Chicago 5K on beautiful Montrose beach. The goal of the race was to drive awareness about the dangers of blood clots and buy Manu a headstone.

The race was a success with over 300 racers and volunteers. Over $3.5K went to the National Blood Clot Alliance as well as full funding for Manu's Headstone. Thank you EVERYONE who made this happen.
